Martin Jansa c61dc077bb Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Li xin cb7fdc16d9 libjs-sizzle: upgrade 1.9.3 -> 1.10.18 
* Modify SRC_URI to avoid do_fetch failed.
* Modify LICENSE file,and the LICENSE has been changed.
* Replace the hardcoded strings "/usr/share"
