Koen Kooi 06fd935e4f dracut: add 'getopt' to RDEPENDS 
This drags in full util-linux, a future TODO is to split up util-linux
completely in OE-core.

Koen Kooi 90045a49e5 dracut: update to 036 
* Patch was applied upstream, delete it
* Add coreutils dep to stop scripts from erroring out
* bump PE to since 'git' > '036'
