- fix flatc not found issue
- build the python3 module as a separate package to allow proper install
- remove fpic CXXFLAG as it seems to be unneeded
- use python3-native
- remove -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release option and its outdated comment.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Add PIC flag to CXXFLAGS in order to solve the issue with linking
against the library for aarch64.
Without PIC enabled, linking against this library fails with
following messages:
relocation R_AARCH64_ADR_PREL_PG_HI21 against symbol `[snap]'
which may bind externally can not be used when making a
shared object; recompile with -fPIC

of the 1.9.0 recipe referred flatbuffers release 1.7.1.)
