Ross Burton 0a583b3502 recipes: update for PYPI_PACKAGE change 
The pypi class has slightly changed the semantics of the PYPI_PACKAGE
variable[1], now PYPI_PACKAGE is the normalised package name and the new
variable PYPI_PACKAGE_SDIST is used when the source tarball doesn't match.

Update recipes as appropriate: this is mostly deleting now-redundant
assignments but some assignments are still needed where packages are not
uploaded using the modern standards.

Anthony Del Frari 3304914228 python3-requests-unixsocket: Update to 0.4.1 
python3-requests broke the http+unix url scheme with version 2.32.
Their position is that it's the responsibility of consuming libraries
to adopt their new interface. requests-unixsocket 0.4 adapts to the
new interface.
