Khem Raj 47e9b831af python3-anyio: Add missing runtime dependency on typing-extensions 
anyio 4.15 imports typing_extensions on python < 3.15, so importing
anyio on target fails with ModuleNotFoundError. This broke the
a2wsgi, pytest-httpx and uvicorn ptests.

Leon Anavi 7e47f3e37e python3-anyio: Upgrade 4.14.2 -> 4.15.1 
Upgrade to release 4.15.1:

- Implemented a compatibility fix for supporting direct access of
  anyio.* submodules from the main package even when those
  submodules were not directly imported first.
