Jason Schonberg cffffd29e5 thunar-plugin.bbclass change and plugins 
Newer thunar plugins are being distributed as tar.xz archives
instead of tar.bz2.  Update the bbclass to reflect that.

Also update the three users of this bbclass to newer plugin versions
that are distributed as tar.xz arcives.

All three of these plugins still build with autotools.  Although some
thought should be given to how we want to build with meson in the future.

to migrate the goodies.xfce.org documentation to https://docs.xfce.org/start. The goal is to
remove deprecated projects and, eventually, de-commission the goodies.xfce.org URLs. Additional
information will be posted on https://wiki.xfce.org/projects/goodies-decomm/start as the project
proceeds."

This patch updates the URLs being used in the HOMEPAGEs to reflect where the address is actually
resolving.

Jason Schonberg 2045e71318 xfce4-settings: upgrade 4.20.0 -> 4.20.1 
Drop unnecessary CFLAGS.  They were introduced with xfce4-settings version
4.18.3 to address two errors seen at the time - deprecated declarations and
implicit declarations.  The error was documented here :

This upgrade fixes a build failure for the current 1.11.0 version.

  src/main-settings-dialog.c:175:12: error: too many arguments to function
  'notes_path_button_new'; expected 0, have 1

Note that an extra dependency is added to this new version: gtksourceview4.
It is exlicitly required in configure.ac.

Niko Mauno fd89f97baa xfce4-session: Update D-Bus runtime dependency declaration 
In order to facilitate users who wish to use e.g. dbus-broker as their
runtime D-Bus implementation, change the Freedesktop.org specific D-Bus
runtime dependency to honor oe-core's new VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_dbus
variable.

With this change we also align with oe-core commit 5dfca64b78
("dbus-glib: depend on dbus, not dbus-x11") which mentions that

  dbus-x11 hasn't existed as a package since 2012[1] and is just a
  RPROVIDES in dbus, so depend on dbus directly instead.

Gyorgy Sarvari b16f9c6f04 xfce4-sensors-plugin: correct netcat PACKAGECONFIG 
In case netcat PACKAGECONFIG is enabled, do_configure fails
with the following error message:

| configure: error: hddtemp isn't queryable via netcat (use --disable-pathchecks to disable this check)

hddtemp service keeps a TCP port open to query the sensor data.
In case netcat is enabled for this recipe, the configure script
will search for the netcat binary, and will try to query this
hddtemp port, as a sanity check. This check is performed
independently from the hddtemp PACKAGECONFIG. Since hddtemp
isn't running in the build environment (probably) and
network connection is also disabled, this check fails.

To avoid this problem, add the extra config argument suggested by the
error message.
