Martin Jansa c61dc077bb Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Leon Anavi 36a2ac2bc8 python3-websockets: Upgrade 9.0.2 -> 9.1 
Upgrade to release 9.1:

- Fix a security issue introduced in version 8.0:
  Version 8.0 was vulnerable to timing attacks on HTTP Basic Auth
  passwords.
