Jackie Huang e4ff7d0ac4 xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin: add x11 to REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES 
xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin depends on pavucontrol which
requires x11 distro feature.

Jackie Huang 8684b379bc xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin: add packageconfig for libnotify 
Add PACKAGECONFIG for libnotify and disable it by default
to avoid the QA issue:
