Replace references of WORKDIR with UNPACKDIR where it makes sense to do
so in preparation for changing the default value of UNPACKDIR.

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Removed from oe-core since IrDA support was removed in kernel 4.17,
added here in case there are users left on older kernels.
RRECOMMENDS are the former RRECOMMENDS_packagegroup-base-irda.
