Ross Burton e2f053038c meta-python: remove redundant UPSTREAM_CHECK_PYPI_PACKAGE 
Remove redundant UPSTREAM_CHECK_PYPI_PACKAGE assignments of PYPI_PACKAGE,
which is the default value.
