Markus Volk 3a57e52745 xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin: unbreak build with pavucontrol6 
'pavucontrol-6' requires gtk4 and thus also needs gpu acceleration
Only recommend to install pavucontrol if it would run

- remove x11 from DISTRO_FEATURES. There's no direct dependency on it
- add PACKAFECONFIG for libcanberra

Confirmed by Andreas off list.

Add Khem as he is main maintainer of meta-oe, but surely he would accept any
help in these areas, don't be shy to step up.

Just add uppercase L in meta-oe README.md for consistency.
