fdfd510992 remove obsolete PIP_INSTALL_PACKAGE and PIP_INSTALL_DIST_PATH 
All downloaded files and sstates for the recipes were cleaned, build was got from stratch and no errors were encoutered.

Update python3-blivetgui from 2.3.0 to 2.4.2

* drop patches that there are not needed any more
* not set var `B` that out of source tree build is supported
* inherit setuptools3 rather than setuptools3_legacy
