There is new patch-status QA check in oe-core:

This is temporary work around just to hide _many_ warnings from
optional patch-status (if you add it to WARN_QA).
This just added
Upstream-Status: Pending
everywhere without actually investigating what's the proper status.
This is just to hide current QA warnings and to catch new .patch files being
added without Upstream-Status, but the number of Pending patches is now terrible:

The size on glibc depends on time_t size which is 64bit on newer
architectures like rv32 while on musl it is indicated by _FILE_OFFSET_BITS
therefore check for both

Rename /etc/init.d/opensafd to /usr/lib/opensaf/opensafd-init as it is
needed by opensafd.service, but /etc/init.d is removed by
systemd.bbclass if sysvinit is not in DISTRO_FEATURES.
Note that this will not actually make the initscript and service file
work since they depend on /lib/lsb/init-functions, which does not exist
since the lsb recipe was removed from OE-Core.

/var/log is normally a link to /var/volatile/log and /var/volatile is a
tmpfs mount. So anything created in /var/log will not be available when
the tmpfs is mounted.

some plugins are installed into libdir/opensaf but we were making a copy
into libdir as well, this patch changes that so the packaged files are
appearing only once
create_empty_library should be using cross compiler with linker flags,
existig code in this area is not cross compile friendly
skip dev-so QA test since some .so are stubs which are packages in PN

* Add "-Wl,--as-needed -latomic -Wl,--no-as-needed"
to LDFLAGS to let the libatomic handled automatically
if required to fix below build error as atomic
operations on some arch such as x86 are supplied by
the compiler. For other arch which lacks the instructions,
a standardized external call provided by external library
libatomic will be made to perform the operation.

when disable sysvinit and specify "systemd" in DISTRO_FEATURES,
the recipe "inhert systemd" will delete "/etc/init.d/opensafd",but
"/etc/init.d/opensafd" is needed to start opensafd.service.

OpenSAF uses OpenHPI if available. If openhpi happens to be in
PACKAGECONFIG from the build, turn on support in OpenSAF and add it to the
DEPENDS list.

The default configuration for OpenSAF creates /run and /var/lock during
install time. Tweak the recipe to use ${localstatedir} as other recipes
do, and clean up at the end of do_install.
Swap the hard-coded SRC_URI with ${SOURCEFORGE_MIRROR} while we're at it.
