Jackie Huang 5df465fcb7 ruby: update to 1.9.3-194 ...

I sent this to oe-core but was told that it's not the right place and
was suggested to send here.

Most of the 1.9.3 patches originate from ruby-1.9.3.194-10.1.fc17.src.rpm
