Ankur Tyagi 3cd535ee35 tinymembench: add UPSTREAM_CHECK_COMMITS 
Upstream bumped PV without corresponding tag and SRCREV is tip of master.
Hence UPSTREAM_CHECK_COMMITS is more appropriate.
