Jason Schonberg a9b7b0113d Remove the use of http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome 
Use https://download.gnome.org instead.

In SRC_URI where the reference is https://download.gnome.org/sources
${GNOME_MIRROR} can be substituted.
