Trevor Gamblin 0e0b43c4b9 libsigrokdecode: add Python 3.14 support 
Refresh a patch to include python-3.14-embed in the configure.ac file,
so that libsigrokdecode (and by extension, libsigrok, sigrok-cli, etc.)
can build.
