includes the CFLAGS used to build the package in
the binary via PACKAGE_CONFIGURE_INVOCATION which then includes the
absolute build path via (eg.) the -ffile-prefix-map flag.
Here we remove using variables like PACKAGE_CONFIGURE_INVOCATION in code
