Khem Raj a0960f9572 openwsman: Upgrade to 2.6.8 
- Use python3 native to build instead of general python
- Backport OpenSSL 1.0 API patch
- Add a patch to fix build with curl >= 7.62
- Drop older backports which are already in 2.6.8 release
