Anuj Mittal 681555bf55 tbb: upgrade 2017 -> 2020.2 ...

* Remove patches that are not needed anymore and fix the recipe to point
to new source location.

* Remove the compilation tweaks that don't seem to be required anymore.

* Include a patch to fix builds on musl.
