When using systemd class from OE-Core we also need to install the units explicitly. systemd packages ending with -systemd are consumed and now provided by package proper. Other services like gitorious, repo.or.cz or self hosted setups are of course accepted as well, 'git fetch <remote>' works the same on all of them.
