Thomas Roos 0bd3f27be0 libcamera: backport 0.4.0 from master-next ...

This is done because libcamera 0.2. is broken,
probablay because of 0001-rpi-Use-alloca-instead-of-variable-length-arrays.patch
Tested good with upstream version.
