The URANDOM_DEVICE is undefined for cross-compiling, define it as
/dev/urandom to allow tls obtains random bits from /dev/urandom.
* Add PACKAGECONFIG for mdb, ndb, relay and sock
* Remove unsupported config for ldbm
* Add license file
