Tim Orling 4e0f4f4a84 gnome-screenshot: add recipe for 40.0

GNOME Screenshot is a small utility that takes a screenshot of the whole
desktop; the currently focused window; or an area of the screen.

Also add to packagegroup-gnome-apps
