Leon Anavi 9c04cdb6c7 gyp: Upgrade to latest version ...

Upgrade to latest version for the git repository:

- Add support for CLANG_ENABLE_OBJC_WEAK
- Prevent propogation to configurations of nested
  'dependent-settings' directives
