Ming Liu 1d594f18f6 librcf: Add -latomic to LDFLAGS ...

This fixes following errors when compiling with clang:

| /usr/include/boost/smart_ptr/detail/sp_counted_base_clang.hpp:31: error: undefined reference to '__atomic_fetch_add_4'
