Update the SRC_URI to fix below issue: $ bitbake -cfetch lib32-hwloc ERROR: lib32-hwloc-1.11.10-r0 do_fetch: Fetcher failure for URL: 'https://www.open-mpi.org/software/lib32-hwloc/v1.11/downloads/hwloc-1.11.10.tar.bz2'. Unable to fetch URL from any source.
