texierp a4ec81345b minicoredumper: fixes for sysvinit and systemd ...

The sysv initscript and systemd service assumes minicoredumper is
installed in /usr/bin/. In our case minicoredumper is installed in
/usr/sbin/ by default. Therefore, fix this path.
