Starting from version 2.0, fsspec was introduced in pyyaml-include, allowing the inclusion of files from various sources such as HTTP, SFTP, and S3. As a result, pyyaml-include now depends on fsspec for both local and remote file inclusion, making it a required runtime dependency.
