Yi Zhao cf1dd83b6f libtalloc: upgrade 2.4.0 -> 2.4.1 ...

* Remove PACKAGECONFIG[libaio] as libaio is no longer required by
  libtalloc.
* Add ptest.
* Refresh patches.
