Wang Mingyu d6304f05b0 tracker: upgrade 3.7.2 -> 3.7.3

* Bump database version to fix SQLite 3.45.3 issues in existing
  installs
* Fixed possible infinite loop on incomplete/unterminated Turtle/Trig
  data.
