Denis 'GNUtoo' Carikli e2aecd230e xserver-common 1.34: Add Nexus S support

Since we only use Xorg(and not kdrive) on the nexus S,
only Xorg support was included.

The DPI value was taken from:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_displays_by_pixel_density
