Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.

* pass LIB_DIR instead of using default value from Makefile:
$ grep LIB_DIR.*= tools/port-helper/Makefile
LIB_DIR ?= /usr/lib/uml
