Martin Jansa 9ea7aa2cd2 Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Khem Raj 08d27cd799 python3-sense-hat: Move to dynamic-layers 
Only active when meta-python is in layermix, this recipe rdeps on
python3-pillow, which comes from meta-python, until that moves to
oe-core lets hide this recipe unless meta-python is used
