Upgrade to release 9.2.0:

- Update lgpio chip selection to work with more than 1 digit
- Add PlatformDetect dependency update workflow
- Update Blinka to pyproject.toml
- Fix generic Linux SPI write_readinto slice
- Add BeaglePlay (AM625X) board support
- QCM6490 (Particle Tachyon): auto-detect gpiochip for
  f100000.pinctrl
- Ensure libgpiod resources are cleaned up on exit
- Add helpful message when lgpio is not installed on Raspberry Pi
- Remove Python 3.13 version cap on lgpio dependency
