Leon Anavi 996ce64882 bluez-firmware-rpidistro: Fix license warnings 
Resolve license warnings regarding the old syntax by updating to
the new identifier LicenseRef-Firmware-cypress-rpidistro.

Fixes:

WARNING: bluez-firmware-rpidistro: LICENSE is using an old syntax
and should be upgraded to: "LicenseRef-Firmware-cypress-rpidistro"
