Andrei Gherzan bc90c9a569 raspberrypi4: Use vc4-fkms-v3d ...

Currently, we use vc4-kms-v3d as the default overlay for VC4 but this
seems to break vc4 at runtime on RPi4. Change this to vc4-fkms-v3d for
now as this is the default Raspbian ons as well.
