meta-integrity/conf/layer.conf: rename BBFILE_COLLECTIONS

Browse Source 
There is already a BBFILE_COLLECTIONS named integrity in
meta-security/meta-integrity layer, which will casue conflicts.
Rename BBFILE_COLLECTIONS to integrity-layer.
