Armin Kuster 7e27eb5fca recipes: Update SRC_URI branch and protocols 
This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Armin Kuster 7db47965a2 tripwire: Blacklist pkg, upstream seems abandond 
Last update was 2018. Does not build with gcc11.
There are other actively maintained IDS options.
