Scott Murray 5770a76fc0 ima-evm-utils: remove unnecessary FILESEXTRAPATHS tweak 
It was pointed out that the recipe was wrongly doing
FILESEXTRAPATHS:append, but on inspection the recipe does
not need it at all, so just remove.
