Jacob Stiffler 22da1f3af3 linux-ti-staging: Update to include uio device tree entries 
- Adds device tree entries for multiple devices that use uio driver
- These entries are added for k2h, k2l & k2e : keystone2 platforms

Jacob Stiffler 31e0f4b5aa linux: cmem.inc: Implement way to configure more complex CMEM config 
* Supply the entire cmem.dtsi per machine
  - Disabled by default
  - Currently only supported for dra7xx and k2hk-evm
* Enable by setting RESERVE_CMEM = "1"
