Ryan Eatmon 687644a385 meta-ti-test: Add commercial_mpv license to LICENSE_FLAGS_ACCEPTED 
A change in meta-openembedded [1] has propagated the ffmpeg commercial
license setting through into mpv (which depends on ffmpeg).  This means
we need to add commercial_mpv to the list as well.
