Ryan Eatmon daccda80cd all: Stop using git://git.ti.com ...

Stop using un-encrypted git:// protocol to access TI repositories.

This is inline with the same arguments as made by github in
https://github.blog/2021-09-01-improving-git-protocol-security-github/
