linux-yocto/4.1: clkdev updates

   db2d98fa3908 clkdev: fix clk_add_alias() with a NULL alias device name
   1b2c3a175637 clkdev: add clkdev_create() helper
   9b3d61ea0c57 clkdev: const-ify connection id to clk_add_alias()
   76b7b02f10dc clkdev: drop __init from clkdev_add_table()
   22f16b822d18 clkdev: use clk_hw internally
