bsp-guide, kernel-dev, ref-manual: KERNEL_FEATURES should refer to .scc files.

Browse Source 
Tweak a number of doc lines so that the KERNEL_FEATURES variable
refers directory to .scc files, and does not take advantage of
potentially confusing shortcuts.
