task-base: rename VIRTUAL-RUNTIME-alsa-state to use underscore

  we talked about
  VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_alsa-state, but
  VIRTUAL-RUNTIME-alsa-state was used instead, which is inconsistent with other VIRTUAL-RUNTIME vars
