ref-manual: Fixed links in the "Yocto Project Terms" section.
Fixes [YOCTO #11630] Moving the "Yocto Project Terms" section from the dev-manual to the ref-manual caused many links local to that section to be incorrect. I scrubbed the section and fixed all the links.
