recipes: add distro_features_check for some packages

Browse Source 
* The packages that depends on gtk+3 require any of distro features
  from ${GTK3DISTROFEATURES}

* The packages that depends on virtual/egl, virtual/libgl ... require
  distro feature 'opengl'
