manuals: fix name capitalization issues

Browse Source 
- Using "BitBake" instead of "Bitbake" or "bitbake", aligning with the
  title of the "BitBake User Manual".
- Using "OpenEmbedded" instead of "Openembedded"
- Using "Python" instead of "python"
