Matthew McClintock c434795edf Add autoconf cache for screen on powerpc64 
Screen can not run tests for the target and depends on the aotuconf
cache for information about the target system

Kumar Gala 69c0b35020 site/powerpc64-linux: Start initial site config 
Use ac_cv_sizeof_* from eglibc as starting point for powerpc64-linux
site info.  We will refactor common bits that are needed out of
powerpc32-linux based on build issues.
